INTEGRITY & GOVERNANCE

Whistleblowing Policy

AR-RAHNU PRIHATIN encourages employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders to report reasonable concerns about misconduct or policy breaches within our network.

1. What Can Be Reported

  • Fraud, embezzlement, criminal breach of trust or abuse of power.
  • Bribery, improper claims or transactions, and manipulation of records.
  • Loss or misappropriation of pledged items, cash or gold stock.
  • Breaches of company policies or SOPs, or serious safety risks.
  • Retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.

2. How to Report

Use the helpline or WhatsApp channel listed here. Where possible, include the date, time, branch, incident description and evidence lawfully available to you.

Do not access accounts, systems or documents without permission solely to gather evidence.

3. Handling, Confidentiality & Follow-Up

Reports will be considered and reviewed as appropriate. Access to information will be limited where practicable and lawful, but absolute confidentiality or anonymity cannot be guaranteed, especially when disclosure is required for an investigation or by authorities.

The company does not condone retaliation against good-faith reporters. An unsubstantiated report does not in itself mean it was made maliciously. Deliberately fabricated allegations may result in appropriate action.

4. Limits of WhatsApp Reporting

WhatsApp is a third-party channel and may be unsuitable for highly sensitive materials. Do not share passwords, full account numbers, unnecessary customer data or excessive personal information. Contact the authorities for emergencies or immediate threats.
